NINA PLANTEFEVE-CASTRYCH

Nina Plantefeve-Castryck, born in 1992 in Belgium, began her education at the Royal Balletschool of Antwerp where she got to dance in choreographies of Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Kimiho Hulbert and Giorgio Mancini. In 2010 she was accepted as stagiaire with 'tanzcompanie Giessen' in Germany with guest choreographers as Massimo Gerardi , Philip Taylor and David Williams. Afterwards she got asked to compete in 'So you think you can dance' in Belgium and Holland, where at the end she won the competition. Shortly after She toured one and a half year with Isabelle Beernaert through Belgium and The Netherlands. That year she won the Audience price of Best Dancer in The Netherlands. From 2014 till 2016 she joined 'tanzcompanie Landesbuhnen Sachen' in Dresden, Germany. Currently she's a dancer with Conny Janssen Danst in Rotterdam where she also danced in pieces of Ryan Djojokarso and Lana ÄŒoporda.
